(1) Before submitting a case to the bench for decision, the relevant branch shall note down the documents including petitions, petitions, complaints, counter-answers, written answers, statements of the parties, witness and expert statements, lower court judgments, appeals, court orders, written responses etc. should be prepared.
(2) The note as per sub-rule (1) shall be prepared by the relevant fantwala and certified by the higher level officer and the electronic copy of the note shall be attached before the scheduled appearance.
(3) No personal opinion or anything affecting the case shall be written in the notes of the case under sub-rule (1).
(4) In the note of the case according to sub-rule (1), the judge may add or modify the case according to the need.
